Making your first deposit on Your brand is simple and secure. The new deposit flow groups payment methods into three categories — E-Wallet, Local Bank, and Crypto — so you can pick the option that fits your country and preferences best.
Step 1: Choose a Payment Category
Tap the Deposit button at the top of any page, then pick one of the three payment categories:

Step 2: Enter Your Amount
Once you've picked a method, type the amount you want to deposit (or tap one of the quick-amount chips). The minimum and maximum for the selected method are shown right above the input.
Step 3: Send Funds & Confirm
The next screen shows you exactly where to send the money:
- E-Wallet — a phone number to send the cash to. Tap the copy icon to copy it.
- Local Bank — a bank account number with name and branch. Make the transfer from your own account in your banking app.

Troubleshooting
My deposit didn't credit
Check the Transaction History page — if it's still Pending, give it 5–10 minutes. If it shows Rejected, contact live chat with the transaction ID; the agent can verify your transfer on their side and reconcile it manually.
I sent to the wrong number/wallet
Don't submit a confirmation. Open live chat immediately with screenshots — recovery depends on the destination type but is sometimes possible for first-party errors.
