1. General Bonus Terms

These terms apply to all bonuses, promotions, and offers provided by Your brand.

How Bonuses Work

When you receive a bonus, it is added to your bonus balance. You must meet the wagering requirements before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from them.

Example: You deposit 1,000 BDT and receive a 100% bonus (1,000 BDT). Your total playing balance is 2,000 BDT, but you must wager the bonus amount according to the wagering requirements.

Example Calculation

Your deposit: 5,000 BDT. Bonus (100%): 5,000 BDT. Total balance: 10,000 BDT. Wagering required: (5,000 + 5,000) x 35 = 350,000 BDT.

• Welcome bonus is available once per customer
• Bonus must be activated within 24 hours of deposit
• Maximum bet with active bonus: 500 BDT per bet/spin

3. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover) specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw.

Understanding Wagering Requirements

Standard Wagering: 35x (Bonus + Deposit). You must wager 35 times the combined amount of your bonus and deposit before making a withdrawal.

Example Scenarios

• Deposit 1,000 BDT + Bonus 1,000 BDT = Required Wagering 70,000 BDT
• Deposit 5,000 BDT + Bonus 5,000 BDT = Required Wagering 350,000 BDT
• Deposit 10,000 BDT + Bonus 10,000 BDT = Required Wagering 700,000 BDT

What Counts Toward Wagering

• Real money bets placed
• Casino game spins
• Sports bets (settled)
• Live casino games

What Does Not Count

• Cancelled or voided bets
• Hedging or low-risk bets
• Bets placed on excluded games
• Bets exceeding maximum bet limit

4. Game Contributions to Wagering

Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

100% Contribution (Full)

Every 100 BDT wagered counts as 100 BDT toward requirements:

• Slots (all types)
• Scratch cards
• Keno
• Virtual sports
• Crash games
• Video poker

50% Contribution (Half)

Every 100 BDT wagered counts as 50 BDT toward requirements:

• Live casino games
• Multiplayer games
• Live game shows
• Some card games

20% Contribution (Limited)

Every 100 BDT wagered counts as 20 BDT toward requirements:

• Roulette (all variants)
• Baccarat
• Blackjack (standard)
• Casino Hold'em
• Caribbean Stud Poker

10% Contribution (Minimal)

Every 100 BDT wagered counts as 10 BDT toward requirements:

• Sports betting
• E-sports betting
• Live sports betting

0% Contribution (Excluded)

These games do NOT count toward wagering requirements:

• Progressive jackpot slots
• Certain high RTP games
• Live dealer Blackjack variants
• Double-up/Gamble features

5. Maximum Bet Limits

While you have an active bonus, maximum bet limits apply to prevent bonus abuse.

• Casino Games: 500 BDT maximum per spin/round/hand
• Sports Betting: 1,000 BDT maximum per bet/selection

Violating Maximum Bet Limits

If you exceed the maximum bet limit while you have an active bonus:

• The bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited
• Bets exceeding the limit will not count toward wagering
• Your account may be flagged for bonus abuse
• Repeated violations may result in permanent bonus exclusion

6. Bonus Validity & Expiration

Bonuses are valid for a limited time. Ensure you meet wagering requirements before expiration.

Standard Validity Period

• Welcome Bonus: 30 days from activation
• Reload Bonuses: 14 days from activation
• Free Spins: 7 days from receipt
• Sports Free Bets: 7 days from receipt

What Happens at Expiration?

• Unused bonus funds are removed
• Any winnings from the bonus are forfeited
• Your real money balance remains unaffected
• No refunds or extensions will be granted

7. Withdrawal Restrictions

Important rules regarding withdrawals when you have an active bonus:

Before Wagering is Complete

• You cannot withdraw while you have active bonus wagering requirements
• If you request a withdrawal, the bonus and all bonus winnings will be forfeited
• You can only withdraw your original deposit amount (subject to terms)

After Wagering is Complete

• Bonus funds convert to real money
• You can withdraw your full balance
• Subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal terms

Maximum Win Limits
